A warm welcome to Ashby's Spanish restaurant.

Brothers Alfonso and Eduardo proudly present Hispania, an authentic, relaxed and rustic Spanish restaurant in Ashby-De-La-Zouch.

Our menu comprises simple, fuss-free dishes prepared in traditional Spanish style, using only the best ingredients from Galicia, Madrid and local suppliers.

Our wine cellar is entirely Spanish and features the very best examples from Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Rias Baixas, Rueda, Priorat and Cava. We also offer a range of Spanish liqueurs, spirits, and coffees.

This is a note to thank you for a relaxed yet exceptional experience last night. It is the test of a good restaurant that you want to go back and sample more of the menu. The sadness for two of us is that we live in Berkshire. The Finca Martelo Reserva was beyond my expectations. We hope that your restaurant is successful and that we will have an opportunity to visit again.

This appears to be a family run restaurant and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu is set with plenty of options including veggie and vegan. The wine list is great too, with some authentic Spanish choices available by the glass or by the bottle. We’ll definitely be going back to try out some of the other dishes

Fantastic restaurant, real Spanish food and wine list. We loved every dish, specially the black pudding stuffed peppers and the salmon tartar! The attention of the staff was superb too. I definitely recommend the place and we can’t wait to visit again soon.
